during my stay, i was pleased with the spacious double room and the friendly staff who made check-in a breeze, making it perfect for a weekend city stroll around parks like baffins pond, which was only a short 10-minute walk away, and the historic dockyard, just a quick drive away.

the room was spacious n tidy, nice size tv, n the bath n shower were great. meals were super value with loads of options, n the staff were all friendly n really helpful, always smilin. really enjoyed my stay!

We had a blast staying with friends! We visited an awesome indoor soft play area and an outdoor playground, which kept the kids entertained. The beds were comfy, and the location made exploring easy. Just remember, while breakfast was decent, don’t expect gourmet dining.

One downside was that our room was a bit too hot, and we struggled to get a good night's sleep because of it. The airflow could definitely use some improvement.

This was a strong match for a weekend outing in Portsmouth with good price-value balance. The children’s play area was brilliant and kept them entertained for 2 hours! Just be aware of the height restrictions if you have older kids looking to supervise younger ones.
